EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
Attention: due to the pandemic, there are delays in deliveries by the couriers, as well as lack of updates to the tracking system. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
When the purchase is processed in the system, a confirmation email is sent with the order number. If, within 48 hours, you do not receive this email, please contact our team via email: email@example.com
Each AKOMB piece is handcrafted by a team of local seamstresses, avoiding disposal and waste and always respecting the process, as well as those who make it. That's why orders, after confirmation of payment in our system, take up to 10 business days to be shipped, depending on stock availability, parts with prompt delivery are shipped on the next business day when the order is processed. We do not ship on holidays and weekends.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code, which can be tracked through the post office website. If the period of 10 working days has passed and you have not received the email with the code, please contact our team via email: firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Delivery times vary by region and are only provided as an estimate by the postal system itself, without taking into account possible delays and unforeseen events.
Wrongly registered addresses, which cannot be changed before shipping and returning to our showroom, the shipping charge is for the customer.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We always seek to rescue the quality and timelessness of a garment, offering a good finish and durability. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we will exchange or return your product in accordance with the provisions of our Exchange and Returns Policy, drafted in accordance with current legislation (CDC).
We provide a period of 10 days after receiving the product by the customer, to process exchanges and returns. Any contact with AKOMB regarding the exchange and/or return of our parts must be made through the email: email@example.com , with the full name and order number. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Any other means will be considered unsuitable and will not serve as proof and/or counting of any period provided for by law. After this contact, the customer will receive a reverse logistics code for shipping through the nearest post office. The piece must be returned with the label, in its original packaging, with all the accessories that accompany it and without showing any signs of use.
Washed, odorous, stained or altered products will not be accepted. In this case, the part will be returned and the exchange or return cannot be made.
RETURN DUE TO WITHDRAWAL OR DEFECTIVE PART
It is possible to request the return of the amounts paid or, even, the exchange for another different product at AKOMB, of equal or greater value, complementing the price difference in the last hypothesis. In case of refund, we request a period of 10 working days, counting from the date the piece arrives back at our showroom, to analyze the conditions of the
product until refund authorization.
For purchases made by credit card, the chargeback will take place in up to two invoices. In the case of orders paid by bank transfer, the customer will need to contact our email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide their bank details for a refund. The receipt is sent by email.
CHANGE OF SIZE OR FOR ANOTHER PIECE
After receiving the piece of change back into our showroom, we will issue, in a period of 10 working days, a coupon of the same value for new purchases of the site, the same part or another of your choice.
For all exchange and/or return requests, within the terms and conditions set out above, AKOMB will generate a free postage code, so that you can send the part back to us free of charge. If you wish to exchange more than once, all shipping amounts will be charged.
